Please work with the conference/event admin, to validate attendance and/or manually update your attendance or validate CEUs.  


CEUHelper staff are NOT able to validate attendance at events/conferences beyond the attendance recorded in the CEUHelper system. 

Common reasons you might see the "Invalid" CE
  • you used manual check-in/out, versus the approved method 
  • forgot to check in or out using the app
  • if you used the wrong code or scanned the wrong QR, you need to discuss this with the conference admin.  
  • you checked in or out late
  • the speaker started late or ended early
  • you used an alternative method to sign in or out (e.g., paper sign in/out sheets)
  • you used a temporary ID/CEUHelper account
  • there were WiFi issues during the event

Please keep in mind, that many conferences/events have policies and procedures in place for attendance, manual certificates, and/or alternative check-in/out methods. Please make sure you contact the event staff to ensure there is a record of your physical or virtual attendance.
