To access the BACB Provider Number follow these steps: 

1. login and view your certificate at https://ceuhelper.com

2. the Provider Number appears as the last line of the centered content at the top just below the name of the organization. It typically starts with the letters "OP-", however, sometimes this number will start with "IP-".  

If you download the certificate, it may be in another location (e.g., sometimes lower right corner or lower center).
