Still at the Conference?
If you are still at the conference and there are more events to attend, please find the event coordinator to ask for support.
The event organizer can reverse your accidental checkout of the conference, so you can continue checking into events.
Or they may have alternative methods for you to check in/out of events (e.g., old-school paper sign-in/sign-out sheets).
Both of these methods are faster than submitting a support ticket (our support team only works a few hours each week and you are unlikely to get support within the hour or even on the same day).
Check Back Into the Conference
You should be able to check back in and continue collecting CEUs till the end of the entire conference. Please scroll down and select "Re-sync Conference" to get back into the conference so you can continue to collect CEUs.
Support Needed
If you want to make sure your alternative check-in/out methods will work, or maybe you can't find an organization admin at the event, or need any other further assistance, contact us at support@ceuhelper.com or submit a support ticket from the website or app!
Keep in mind, our support team only works a few hours each week and our response time typically varies between 3-5 days.
