Suggestions to resolve the issue of multiple accounts:
  • You can log out (using the menu in the upper right) and log in using the other account you created, the certificate is likely attached to another account. 
OR
  • We can combine and "merge" your accounts so you only have one CEUHelper account which will help reduce confusion. 
If you want to merge your accounts, then please answer the following:
  • Which email would you like to keep as your primary account?
  • List all possible emails associated with your account?
  • What is your credential or license number (we use this to verify your accounts)?

NOTE: The other account(s) will be removed and all CEUs and certificates will transfer to the primary account that you determine. We will also have to reset your password.
