Accessing CE Certificates After a Conference
The delivery of certificates following an event is up to the conference administrators.
Officially, conference administrators have up to 45 days to release certificates after the end of a conference (according to most continuing education accreditations). Conference admin need time to check attendance, confirm paid registrations, and make any adjustments as needed.

Conference Ended within 1-7 days
On average, conference administrators using CEUHelper tend to release certificates between 1 hour and 1 week following the close of an event.
REMINDER: CEUHelper cannot release certificates without approval from the conference administrators.
I'd recommend contacting the administrators for the conference or event you are attending and see if they would be willing to release your certificate more quickly following the conference.
Did you "Leave the Conference"? Double check!
If you haven't "Left the Conference" your CEU certificate will not process!
Once you have checked out of an event and if the conference is completely over (no more days or events left), you need to "leave the event" to process your CEU certificate.

Finally, add admin@ceuhelper.com and support@ceuhelper.com to your list of trusted emails so that you get the alert email as soon as your certificate is released and it doesn't end up in your junk email.
