CEUHelper users are not able to reset or change their passwords without contacting support@ceuhelper.com.
If you need support, email us and we will gladly help you with your password.
NOTE: CEUHelper response time is typically 48-72 hours or 2-3 days (Monday-Friday).
Email Support for help with Password
After you email us support@ceuhelper.com a request to update or reset your password, you will receive an email with instructions on how to reset or change your temporary password (see below for an example).
Example Email from Support Team
Dear [Name],
We have reset your password on your CEUHelper account. You can login with the information below.
Email: {{ticket.requester.email}}
Temporary Password: [copy and paste from user account]
Change your password
1. login to CEUHelper account at www.ceuhelper.com
2. Click the "gear" in upper right corner
3. Click "change password"
4. Enter temporary password provided above in "old password"
